Description
Secwid 500mg is a prescription antibiotic and antiprotozoal medicine used to treat bacterial and parasitic infections such as bacterial vaginosis, trichomoniasis, amoebiasis, and giardiasis.
It contains Secnidazole and works by killing bacteria and parasites that cause infection in the body.
It is usually taken as a single dose (as prescribed by a doctor), often with or after food. Alcohol should be avoided during treatment and for at least 48 hours after use.
