Description
BG Cream is a combination of two drugs, Betamethasone and Gentamicin, which reduce swelling, itching, and redness caused due to bacterial skin infections. Betamethasone is a corticosteroid that blocks prostaglandin production (chemical messengers), making the affected area red, swollen, and itchy.
